After installing Microsoft Security Patches, we're unable to use TFS Web Access due to this error:
Configuration Error

1.   By "< path to the assembly .dll file >", would you please be specific on which assembly dll to install?

2.      As to your question whether VS 2008 SP1 is installed... the answer is yes, it was installed immediatly after installing TFS over a year ago.  To double-check, I logged into the TFS server (single-server TFS installation), ran VS so I can do Help About.  The problem is, VS is now unable to load due to "Cannot find one or more complonents. Please reinstall the application.”  It used to work in the past.  I ran Dependency Walker and below is the log leading up to the error:

Should I reinstall VS on the server?  Add or Remove Programs shows “Microsoft Visual Studio Team System 2008 Team Suite – ENU” is installed.  Do I uninstall, then re-install it?  Do I then re-install VS 2008 SP1?  What about Web Access (the one giving me issues in the first place) – does it need to be re-installed?
